So while I was in Paris I toured Versaille on a very cold and windy day. There was not much going on in the way of angiosperms but I did see some awesome lichens and bryophytes!

| Check out all that Physcia adscendens! It was about as prolific as the Xanthoria but less obvious because of its color. |

| This little bryophyte is a bit of a mystery to me because the sporophyte looks very dehiscent like a typical hornwort but the leaves look like a classic moss! Silvery awns included! |
